.... as knowledgable as anyone I can find when he talks about NIL.

Just a little bit about him. He is a lawyer. He works for an agency that has professional athletes as clients. Somehow he also works with college athletes helping them market themselves to individual clients (not just get money from a collective). He is and FSU alum, but he is based out of Miami and works with athletes from schools all over the country.

Somebody has got to do something to rein this in. It and the portal are ruining the sport. And other college sports. It's out of control and frankly disheartening, to put it mildly.
