We need to really work on the tackling. We are giving up way too many long runs through the middle of the pile! UGA did it and now SCSt is doing it. Gonna get us burned sometime this year. There are guys there they just aren't wrapping up.

Notice that we are in mostly base defense, very little blitzing, very little man to man. Very much a keep them in front mentality. Don't over react.

Only given up 74 yards on 38 runs. Only 6 have gone for more

than 6 yards in the entire game with the longest of the day being 14 yards. If we played like this against all our opponents, we would likely lead the nation in rush defense. (I understand that SC State is very different than our usual competition level).
