not guilty so to get even with Whitey even though many felt he was guilty..and when asked if that was right then & now, she shrugged her shoulders.
What a mixed up & pathetic world we live in and at this very moment a former President of The United States is being railroaded years after the event just b/c he’s now running again, and may well win..
and is feared for his good policies, upholding the Constitution, demanding fair courts, limited illegal immigration & closed borders, low inflation, low gas prices, less gov regulations, no wars, etc..
all which don’t align with the Lefties or this Dem Political Party.

Old news. She said that over a decade ago. Maybe 2 decades. Payback for Rodney Kind she stated.

If a white juror publicly admitted to letting a white guy who murdered a couple of black folks go, even though they believed him to be guilty, just because they had a grudge against black people life as they knew it would be over. Talk about privilege.

There's never been a case of a white guy who clearly murdered a black man getting acquitted in America? Hmm.

I know, right?
If Donald Trump can be charged and tried for paying off a pr0n star off the books two weeks before a presidential election that he banged while he had a pregnant wife at home and then falsifying business records to cover it up, it could happen to anybody running for president who bangs a pr0n star while their pregnant wife is at home and then pays for her silence off the books two weeks before the election and then falsifies business records to cover it up!
We should all be terrified. What is happening to good, honest, God-fearing men like Donald Trump here in America these days?

The right wing obsession with O.J.
Apr 16, 2024, 7:57 AM
|
|
Yeah, O.J. did it. Yeah, he should have gone to prison for life. We get it.
He had one of the best defense teams in the nation vs. an inept prosecution and a judge who was showing off for TV. That defense team played a risky but smart racial strategy; it was an all-in bet on a roulette number and it hit.
It wasn't the right decision, but he's not the first--nor will he be the last--person to get away with a crime like this. Many others have without an ounce of race or politics involved. Our system is designed to favor the accused--and it should be. I know y'all hate that--well, except when it involves a crooked cop or a criminal former president--but it's better to have that than the opposite.
I know O.J. is still your obsession that America's justice system is a failure. It's not. It needs improvement, but it's not a failure by any stretch. Yeah, a guilty black guy got away with it 30 years ago. That sucks. Same as the guilty white guys who got off for racial killings before that. You still mad about those? Or just O.J.?

30 years later, to ask ourselves, in Dr Phil fashion:
"How'd that work out for you?"
For the US, corrupting the legal system seems to be problematic.

Jury nullification neither started nor ended with the OJ trial, and did not "corrupt the legal system."
But hey, maybe Trump will be as lucky.

How'd it work out for anyone?

A guilty man got away with it. He's not the only one. It became a racial issue because his attorneys made it one; before that, it wasn't at all. America is sadly strewn with cases of guilty men walking free where race was involved.
For every O.J., there are Gawd knows how many murder trials that go the right way. And while letting O.J. walk certainly shouldn't be justification for Rodney King, there's an example of people who also got off and shouldn't--and I'm gonna guess you were okay with that one.
Y'all obsess over this case because it was high profile and race got drug into it when it shouldn't. You think it's an indictment of our justice system as a whole. It is not.
O.J. has been drug into this board's discussion so many times when it isn't relevant as a lame attempt to prove a point about our justice system.
EDIT: Dr. Phil? Is there any con man you don't worship?

Modern "racial justice" is gerrymandering of the justice system to a great extent.
Just look around the world at what seems to get ignored versus what is highlighted and how that gets shifted and used for political purposes on the regular.

a comment made (allegedly) by a juror about a 30 yr old trial with more oral lust for the political figure you obsess about and have a crush on....
Simply amazing.
Let's play a game. I'll give you 3 more topics, reply with a post about each one and tie it into rambling on about orange man:
