Who says they’re willing to compete for Clemson? What I mean by that is if they’re not natural competitors who will practice hard and earn a starting spot, or are scared they’ll lose it to a freshman. Why would we want that anywhere near our football team? Seriously, if you’ve been here for a couple years and you think a freshman is going to come in and take your spot so you’re just going to transfer out, go ahead bye! That’s not 110% and that’s not Clemson football. Now, I’m not saying we shouldn’t go after portal players because there are some guys that want it and want it bad. They’d kill to wear orange every Saturday. We need beasts on the field, in the weight room and in the film room. 110% effort all the time. If you’re scared of competition and not embracing it then this sport is not for you. There’s always somebody better in this world. No room on this team for quitters. If you quit on a team after the season then I guarantee you quit on them during the season. Can’t have guys that are scared of competition going against an Alabama or UGA type because they’re stacked with talent head to toe. And the entire roster is there to compete for the starting spot. I’m not crying about anybody leaving and you shouldn’t either. Go tigers!
