They would use the media and propaganda to get out of the deal, or say it was for financial reasons.

Espn would so they need to renegotiate to survive and it would happen, that should be the deal on both sides if the teams can’t survive because they make so much less than the other power 5 teams.

If Burger King was paying part of the country 25 an hour but the rest of their employees were making 10 dollars an hour, the would quit or renegotiate the deal to keep them.

From what I understand they have a clause that allows them to cancel at will. No cause needed.

rather than allow the courts to be led through their agreements with a fine tooth comb, possibly unraveling other deals in the process.

Apple will soon buy ESPN. Disney wants to get rid of it, and Apple TV wants it for streaming sports at a monthly subscriber fee.

Just move Clemson, FSU, UNC, UVA, GT and Miami to the SEC and change the name of ACCN to SECN2. Probably more subscribers and $$$$$$ to be made having a second channel with all SEC content.
