I can handle some spicy, but don't usually like fiery stuff.

IT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND. Sweet and Sour chicken, lettuce wraps(don't leave without getting the lettuce wraps) mongolian beef...
It is some great chinese.
Now, if you've traveled the world and not lived in a church bubble like we were raised. It is meh.

Wanted us to go with them to Biltmore. Well, that's stinkin' expensive, and we already did that, so my wife decides to plan a little dinner excursion to Charlotte so we have excuse not to go. Now I'm trying to steer that excursion away from the Cheesecake Factory.

PF Chang's is critical to the success of the protagonist's chase for a world record. That's all I'll say about that.

so, by default it will not be worth spending a rare time out for a pricey meal to venture into someplace like that. They'll probably need another couple to invite them to a place like that.
I know because I've lived that.

I remember trying to get the least spicy thing on the menu. Wifey probably would not want at all.

Wonton soup, lettuce wraps, Szechuan by the Sea, Chang's Spicy Chicken....all very good in my book. The ones in Greenville, Birmingham, and Buford, GA are excellent. The one in Destin, FL is very inconsistent.

It's not good chinese food, and most of the food is lackluster. Very institutionalized.
