and it was as bad as I thought..

I'm 35 and have the blood work of a 65 year old (no offense MauldinT®)

So yeah, some lifestyle changes are going to have to be made. I have lost some weight though so that's a step in the right direction.

I'm not going all stubborn_tiger but a little more vegetables and a little less Whiskey.
