How about we talk about how the offense may change

with Streeter now in full control? I personally think we'll see a more diverse system. Elliott was trained under Chad, Streeter was not. Everyone wanted to complain about our route trees and such this year, you think maybe Brandon has some ideas there? How to once again incorporate a QB with mobility who can also throw in Klubnick? More play action with the studs we have in the backfield?
To think there will not be changes with a new guy leading things is pretty insulting to a guy who I'm sure wants to be a HC one day as well. He gets to be that by making this offense hum again

I’m glad your excited about Streeter. I am very concerned and disappointed. I would think most people that are realistic would say this is a unnecessary risk to take. We are Clemson. We can have the best if we want it. You shouldn’t let people that aren’t dancing in the street bother you so much. I hope it works because I’m a Clemson fan. Until I see it, I’m skeptical.

Not really because the OU blowout in the bowl and the way Stoudt was used was great. So I wasn’t, no.

Yes, a more open concept seems to be needed. Not the Chad Morris craziness but maybe something between Chad & Tony.

Look at how Tony moved from Chad's ways over the years

Agree it definitely will be different but surely hope our fans realize you can't install a new offense in 2 weeks

improved every year if I recall. More passing oriented, but he didn't have RB's like we have

Several weeks ago, there was speculation on here about how much Dabo controls the offense and Tony didn't really have free reign. Heck, even Tony himself said something to the effect of "Coach gets the final say on what play we run". If that is truly the case, there will be 0 change in what we saw this year and what we will see in 2022. And unless Klubnick can play, as a freshman, as well as DW4 did on the final drive of the Natty, we're going to struggle on offense.
However, if Streeter or whoever is given the freedom to implement their own ideas, then we'll be fine. Maybe. Hopefully.

Tony mentioned one call Dabo overruled

it went for a TD. He mentioned how it was Dabo's decision to run 3 straight times to set up the FG against FSU. That's every HC decision. He said sometimes Dabo says he wants a run or pass, as all HC do, yet Tony called the play.
Everything else is just speculation by the offensive geniuses here

I still do not see any definitive Streeter hire. Is it a fait accompli? If yes, I see an open QB competition in the summer/fall with Klubnik winning the position soon-ish.

likely tight ends. Buy this one has been in the works for years, and I think is pretty much assumed.

Will be interested to see if Streeter targets the TEs more. They were the most reliable group. Just two games where they, mostly Allen, caught more than two balls and two games there were no catches. B-Stool looks also to be very talented and Ennis I recall caught the only one targeted when the O was backed up inside the twenty.
