Hey Tigernetters..been out on Coastal Waters RV Boon-docking Holiday

vacation with Skiff boat and right off the bat I lost cell service on Father’s Day afternoon while at Bald Head Island NC (3 miles off coast of Southport with Cape Fear River & ICW rushing by it)..

for 11 long days (can someone say water & electronics don’t mix), and see nothing has changed here, at ALL! LOL~

Waited to get back to SAV to have old phone looked at b/4 making plans for a new one..and today received newly purchased “wrapped in the box” Apple this afternoon from shipper to set up easily and everything came up perfectly except 30K pics (did get 600 of latest up from May-Now) so hoping ICloud will kick in.

One never realizes how lost they are in this electronic age world until they can’t call out, receive calls/texts or emails, get time or weather, search stuff & locations, etc. Saying, you are in Limbo Land!

However, not having a cell phone made me a happier person in another way in that I had many many more free hours to think, read, make plans, nap, etc.
