As the years go by, your posts get more and more incoherent. Have you been checked...recently?
You don't drive any more, right?

I've seen several claim that geechie said the marsh has risen by 6 inches during the time he been living there. In his defense, I didn't see him say it bit could have been before my time here.
I have LOL'd every time I've seen the claims made.

much less a marsh from one day to the next, and especially not over a long period.
I mean, to me, I still look like I did in college (and I see myself several times a day, every day). I'm sure the rest of the world doesn't think so.

when that word got thrown out there by a black person towards a black person. And I grew up in the Beaufort area, the heart of Gullah territory.
You want to hear it straight from a Sea Islander's mouth? (that's the term I was taught to use growing up). "Gullah" was OK to use, but "Geechee" was a big no-no.
http://www.southstrandnews.com/article/20150723/GTT06/150729863/1176
“For most people my age group or younger,” he (Ron Daise) said “the terms Gullah and Geechee were fighting words. I liked my culture. I was a sea islander and very proud of being a sea islander, but the identification of Gullah and Geechee had negative … they were words connected to slavery.”
