but apparently...SOMEHOW, an elderly couple from Florida not only managed to get their vehicle onto the pedestrian/bike path on the bridge, but made it all the way across, where cops were waiting for them to give them a citation.

I have questions.

I'd like to know 1) how they got in the walking lane and 2) how they maneuvered around the supports mid-bridge to get to the Mt P side.
