If you look at each county, there are clemson fans in the garnet areas, just colored garnet due to a majority of fans being Carolina.
The darker the worse the differential...

It also has Zip Codes like 29666 which is Ninety Six as being waaaay favoring Scar.... that was definitely not the case when I was there.

There are a whole lot Clemson fans in the midlands. Those percentages are way off. I know in my area code there is a much higher percentage of Clemson fans than shown in that map.

The guys I talk sports with are from Texas, Ohio, and North Carolina. None of us are Oregon fans. In fact, it's not applicable. Native North Staters don't care about college sports.
