Every Pass He Catch

Why does every one of M.Bryant catches in 2011, he has to slow up and reach back to catch it is it his speed?
A majority of Sammy's deep passes are right in the bread basket, just an observation.

You throw it over him and he'll get space and run under it. Bryant's advantage is his size. Doesn't matter if a guy is on him, throw it up and he'll go up and get. Any other brain busters pot stirrer?
