Thank you for your generosity to IPTAY and for purchasing season tickets for the 2018 Clemson Football Season. The athletic ticket office has been notified by our contracted ticket and parking pass printing company that they are experiencing delays in fulfillment and shipping. We are hopeful that a significant number of our IPTAY donors will have their tickets and parking shipped out by the end of the day Monday but it is quite likely some will go out next Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. You will receive personal tracking information sent to your email the morning after your package ships. We are working with our supplier and UPS to upgrade shipping for those that would ship next week. Single-game tickets as well as 6-game packages have been sent out and away game tickets will be mailed 2-3 weeks prior to each game. We apologize for this inconvenience, hope that you enjoy the upcoming season and look forward to seeing you in Death Valley on September 1. Clemson Athletics

fingers, we need to know the cause for this. It could be, and I’m just throwing this out, that the company in charge received their final order information late due to IPTAY having to scramble around to finalize all requests due to the increased demand.

At our meeting last Saturday we were told they had changed vendors this year. Oh well, what else is new. Need someone that can run a 67 million dollar company. There is always an excuse. I had to vent as this is my 45th year and some things never change..

Or find out whose brother or cousin in the IPTAY office owns the contract printing company. Geez, just use the same company Bama uses and be done with it. The Gumps certainly wouldn't put up with this.

Ticket office hiring the wrong contractor is incompetence. This email is way late in coming out.
Credibility of ticket office management is lost again.

Credibility of ticket office management is lost again.
I called them yesterday and was told that they would go out today. I let them know that it would nice to be notified.-------Today I got the same e-mail that is posted. Poorly run and getting worse.JMO.

Change management.
This email should have been sent last Friday. Ticket office communicated shipment was the week of August 8th. Now the week of 20th. Way late !

That's crappy. I have had to sell my tickets because I am going to be out of the country for the Furman game. I sold two tickets that would include a parking pass. I'm leaving next Thursday, so if my parking pass does not come, I will not be able to deliver it. I wouldn't blame the buyer (already sold) for backing out.
