Dabo could double our coaching staff experience (outside of himself) prior to their time at Clemson with one hire.

we have way too much green on our staff, and it's shown (preaching to the choir, I know) over the last few years.

he also needs to sign Mike Reed to a new contract, highest paid non coordinator in the country, right meow.

from Wake Forest last year where that sombich was a piece of cinnamon toast crunch, to what we saw this year, is fantastic. dude's some players in the league and Dabo needs to back the truck up for him and keep him happy.

Richardson seems to have limited college level experience. But none of the fans know the capabilities or contributions of various assistants. It’s fun to speculate and second guess but Dabo obviously has 10X the information compared to the average fan.
