Clemson had significant issues last year (G McClernon)

Those issues are not there anymore. There’s a chance they could return, but Andre is “healthy” (at least healthy enough to make an impact as opposed to last year), Tajh isn’t a fatty (and he’s admitted that he put on bad weight and knows it impacted his playing at the end of last season), and no matter how bad our defense is, they’re going to do better (than they ever should) at home. It really is a matter of home-field advantage in this one. The ##### have over-performed at home and way under-performed away from Cola, but so have we. Also, I have complete faith in Chad to get a game plan together to put the ##### D on their heels with their hands on their hips. Did you see how winded they were against LSU in the first quarter? And that’s against a regular-tempo offense. As far as nobody wanting to be part of a Clemson team losing 4 straight to the #####, I agree with you on that point. But Clemson fans are more loyal and passionate than any of us can imagine, and that is exactly why they will turn out in record numbers to make sure that our Tigers finally shut the Coots up. Nobody wants to see the ##### win another, so they’re going to be there to make sure they’re doing everything they can to keep it from happening.
