Be glad

Sep 20, 2013, 2:47 PM

that you do not live in Raleigh (if you do not). I live here and work with a bunch of NCSU fans, and today has been uncomfortable to say the least. They fully believe that last night's game was fixed. Period. There is no telling them otherwise. Shoot, I'm not even trying to discuss the game with anyone, and they are still confronting me and raising their voices in anger as they make their displeasure known. The Syracuse fan in the office and I are snickering about the whole situation when nobody is around, though. We were going to print out the sideline pic that shows Underwood's foot on the line and put it on the table in the break room, but we figured it would probably trigger some workplace violence.

Anyway, it's weird and surreal to see people so upset about a game. I have a Clemson decal on my car, and I would not be surprised if it gets keyed this weekend.

...to fire back at the whinin' wufpups at his job in Raleigh today. Good grief people...GET OVER IT. The ref was the closest person to the action. He made the call. You move on and keep playing - or not.

It's crazy, huh? I'm just glad I didn't go to the game.

Speaking of going to the game, a couple of coworkers that attended the game were complaining about how much orange there was scattered throughout the stadium. It seems to adding to their frustrations. So, good job guys! lol

Did the ref knock the ball out of the Wuffie QB's hand?***

Exactly!

They should be more upset about the fact that they didn't respond well to the situation.

I live in Raleigh...not a peep from co-workers or friends who are Wolfpackers. I know they are pi$$ed. Outside of the play called back, the other stupid penalties are on them.

^ They might want to listen to that audio...it's said in it that even the review team did in fact look at it and said he was clearly out of bounds to the ref...

But, but, but, the replay guys said that because Wofford put the fix in!

Sin,

All of Raleigh

Oops: Swofford, not Wofford.
