This coaching staff needs to evolve

Coach Eason comes to mind but he is originally a Clemson tiger… Most of the staff is full of average minded coaches with no new creative or innovative schemes to cover the lack of elite talent at skill positions… Everybody gets mad at O line play but we’ve never had a good line and defensively we have not a game wrecker on the d line recruiting is slipping because all of these kids can sense the same stale schemes we are running offensive not explosive and defensively we just sit back and react… Hopefully I’m wrong and Dabo still has some fire in him but at this point he is drinking his own tea… I’m a Tiger fan to the end but we have regressed hopefully they take notice of media and fans real fans seeing the complacency they have had

B I N G O!!!! If the best is the standard, then we should have the best coaches to obtain that best from every recruit from the 2-stars to the 5-star recruits!!! IMO, we don't have 5 star coaches that will back up the Best is the Standard with actual coaching!!!
Streeter and Goodwin aren't the only coaches we have coaching without, or very little coaching experience, CJ, Tyler Grisham, Thomas Austin, and Nick Eason. Those guys barely have any or no coaching experience. If you're going to have that many inexperience position coaches on your staff, it's a must have to have your OC and DC with tons of experience, and if not, you have a lot of guys with the title of coach, and your OC and DC don't know a thing more than your position coaches do about coaching!!!!
Imagine going to a job, and it's the first time you've done this job, and the person coordinating the job, it's his first time doing what he is supposed to be leading you to do!!!!!

No, coaches at other schools are telling them a truth they can believe, and that is that out OC and DC don't have the experience needed to coach them up to where they want to be. They will check for themselves some of them will, and they will find that it's the truth, especially compared to what other power 5 schools have!!!!

You do realize we won more games this season with 2 new coordinators than we did last season with Brent and Toney. I don’t want to hear anything about the schedule because it was almost the same. Our offense was also better this season. Defense may have been a little worse. But without booth last season the defense would have probably been he same. Everybody loss their mind about losing 3 games. I don’t understand it. Be a reasonable fan and give them a chance.
