Call and tell the AD that you will be coming in and taking over the coaching duties. Bet you guys couldn’t coach a little league team. Most of you naysayers make me to just want to puke.

Think there’s a difference between realizing the current coordinators are struggling vs thinking they themselves good do it better. Don’t think people are saying they could do it better. We aren’t paid to coach.
They (me) are saying hiring the most qualified. Not friends of the program who aren’t…

My issue is that the criticism is not that it's invalid. It's misplaced. The problem is that the players aren't productive, and that limits what the coaches can do.

I would argue the players can’t be productive on offense when the opposing defense knows we only run 2 versions of 4 different plays. Kind of easy to scheme against….
