I will never understand comments like this. It's not like this kid is putting the crystal ball projections in. No one has a clue where he is going. And you certainly have no knowledge of the situation and then say "he's scared to compete at WRU?" It's just ignorant. This kid will be a star where ever he goes. Clemson would be fortunate to have him

On top of the fact if there is any school with a history of success at the Wr position other than Clemson its OSU. People seem to think Clemson is the only team with Talented Wr's. Don't get me wrong what coach elliot does is special, but OSU, Oklahoma, and now Alabama all have excellent talent at their WR position.

Who? Michigan?
Going to the B1G to draft WRs is like shopping at the dollar store but paying full price.
Remember last time we played them?

They don't perform like our guys on the field. I'd say that's a fact.

So you saying you can’t understand why he would pick OSU then rattle off a bunch of guys they just got drafted refutes your argument.
It’s also way closer to home for him and you have no clue all the factors going into his decision. It’s not like he’s choosing between Syracuse and us. Ohio St is an elite program

Ross and Ngata's job?
You can't be serious thinking OSU has WRs in our league. They may have speed but they have NOBODY like Fleming.
You think the coaches from other schools aren't selling him agaisnt our depth chart?
Some of you people have no clue how the world works. These guys are all selling a product and they have a pretty #### good angle to work.

^^^ In case it is not obvious to some, no great WR should consider OSU until Fields proves he can actually throw a pass consistently, especially the long ball. Fields was never really used to throw deep passes at UGA, so wouldn't you think that UGA saw that he can't do it? Really? You missed that? Geez people. Try and keep up. Fields was a bust, and will continue to be a one-dimensional bust at OSU. You can save my response if you like, and try to prove me wrong.

It would be sad missing on 5 star receivers this class because we are so use to getting them. Cain, Ray Ray, tee, Ross, Kendrick, ngata, Ladson. It feels like we get at least one every cycle. When DJ start tweeting at other receivers I felt we had already moved on from Fleming. I think Ej Williams will be a tiger, now we have to find one more talented receiver.

The stunning part of Clemson's WRU recruiting is

None of Cain, Ray-Ray, or even Kendrick were full-time WR's in high school. They were 5-stars on potential and athleticism. Oh...and character, too. You can't be BMOC in high school and come into the Tiger program and not check your ego at the door and start learning. Whether starting or not, WR's at Clemson get quite a few plays/game.
Speaking of ego, or lack thereof, is Kendrick not totally impressive? He switches to DB to help the team with spring practice and hasn't complained one whit. In fact, he may prove to be a starter this season! That kind of mental make-up is mature beyond his years...and his constitution is not one you come to doubt.

Sounds like Kendrick trusts the process and just wants to get on the field. That's the same kind of attitude that took a TE prospect like Vic Beasley and made him a first-round draft pick as a DE.
