I got a new chef IO thermometer. It’s pretty awesome as it tracks the internal temp, cook time left, target temp and oven temp. You track It all on an app that sends notifications but it also has a speaker that will alert you when to pull, when your temp is too low etc.

Used it for the first time today on a top round roast; turned out great, sides were fresh green beans sautéed in butter and garlic, mashed potatoes, gravy, French bread. . Excuse the pink cutting board.

I think I’m gonna get one for McLovin for his birthday.

Thankfully one is 18 and just got into Clemson, another will be a senior next year. Next a sophomore. Next a freshman. My twins will be in 6th next year but I’m losing teenagers quick now.
