Hill decommitted from Penn State on Nov. 29 after thinking that he had committed too early in the recruiting process. He plans to visit Southern California on Jan. 15, Miami on Jan. 29 and will reportedly announce on National Signing day. He has offers from Arizona, Cincinnati, Clemson, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue, Temple, Tennessee, Texas, UCLA, USC, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
